We will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you. Any referrals, C-9's or pre-authorization is your responsibility. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits, however, you are responsible for knowing your Physical Therapy benefits. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa and Discover. Your flex spending and HSA cards are also accepted. All co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance are expected at the time of service. We are always happy to discuss any billing questions you may have at 440-327-0299. We use an outside billing company called American Medical Computing.
